1. Agreement
These terms are between you and EnhaneCV, 230 South College Avenue, Newark, DE 19716, United States (telephone +1 743 232 4662), which operates enhanecv.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use it.
2. The Service
EnhaneCV is a web-based resume editor. It lets you write and format a resume, export it as a PDF, and request AI-generated suggestions: transcription of an existing resume, rewrites of bullet points, draft summaries, comparison against a job posting, and a structured review. The free plan includes a daily limit on AI requests, stated on the Pricing page.
3. AI suggestions
Suggestions are generated by a third-party large language model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are proposals only: nothing is applied to your resume until you accept it. You are responsible for ensuring everything on your resume is true. Bracketed placeholders such as “[team size]” mark information the AI did not have; fill them in with accurate information or remove them before using your resume.
We instruct the model not to invent facts, but we cannot guarantee it never will. Do not submit a resume containing claims you cannot support.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you enter or upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Suggestions generated for you are yours to use. Do not upload content you have no right to use, or other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading application materials; attempt to circumvent usage limits, for example by automating requests or rotating IP addresses; probe, scan or disrupt the Service; scrape or resell it or its outputs as a competing service; or use it in violation of applicable law. We may block access that breaches these terms.
6. Paid plans
Paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Pro is currently offered as early access by request, and Career Services by written agreement. Before you are charged, we will confirm the price, billing period, cancellation and refund terms with you, and you will not be charged without agreeing to them.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Because your resume is stored in your browser, keep your own copy (for example the PDF export) of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice before removing a feature of a paid plan.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular employment outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnhaneCV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
